As a French precision planter specialist, our client produces and sells planters, cultivators and front fertilizers. Export accounts for 2/3 of production, in more than 80 countries around the world. The company is part of a major group, internationally recognized for its products and solutions in agri-business. Home-Office in France or Europe

Poste

Your responsibilities will include developing and leading the export sales channels in 20 countries, including Germany,

with a network of importers and dealers.

Your essential duties:

- Coach and train the sales network in your area and maintain ties of trust / partnership

- Identify new partnership opportunities and ensure the development of the network

- Present trade terms and make sure those are enforced in your area

- Recommend customized solutions in order to meet clients' demands

- Take part in defining sales targets in your area

- Follow-up and boost dealers' activities and sales in your network

- Take part to fairs and international trade shows

- Make sure customer issues are properly handled by the aftersales service and ensure guarantees are suitably enforced

- Support the network's technical trainings and act as a prescriptor

- Follow-up the development of new products and pre-series on the spot

- Make sure partners are ambassadors of the company's brand image among end-users



Profil

- Degree in agricultural machinery, mechanics and / or customer relation, sales or equivalent

- 10+ years' experience in machinery (agricultural, construction, handling, HGV)

- Experience in negotiation with partners, indirect client management

- Agricultural business knowledge, technical knowledge in agronomy and agricultural machinery

- International experience, ideally as a salesperson

- Professional English and German

- Autonomy, thoroughness, responsiveness, listening skills and availability

- Customer-oriented, ambassador of the company and its values

- Leadership, adaptability and intercultural awareness
