Stéphanie Vexiau joined Leaderia in December 2024 to lead the Research Division, one of the cornerstones of the firm. She oversees the management of research officers and the expansion of sourcing capabilities.
A graduate with a DEUG in History, she has spent her entire career in HR consulting and recruitment. Starting as a candidate management officer at Hudson Recruitment Process Outsourcing (2000-2003), she later joined Ematch Consulting. In 2008, she founded ORSEA, a consultancy firm that supports organizations in their HR strategies and generalist recruitment.
