He completed his education with an MBA at HEC Paris so as to broaden his knowledge, and then worked in marketing and management consulting before leading an entrepreneurial project in the plastics industry.
He has been working in the recruitment industry for 7 years, starting out in an international firm where he was in charge of sales and distribution, particularly in the agricultural, materials handling, automotive and construction sectors.
Philippe joined Leaderia to develop the agricultural division (agricultural equipment, agricultural supplies, plant production, biocontrol, animal nutrition, as well as industrial equipment in the broadest sense).
