Philippe Carastamatis

After graduating from the Ecole des Mines de Saint-Etienne Engineering school, Philippe Carastamatis started his career at ALTRAN as a technical consultant for the Automotive and Telecom industries.
He completed his education with an MBA at HEC Paris so as to broaden his knowledge, and then worked in marketing and management consulting before leading an entrepreneurial project in the plastics industry.
5 years ago, he discovered the recruitment business in an international recruiting consultancy where he dealt with the sales and distribution BU while addressing the following industries: agriculture, automotive and building construction.
He joined Leaderia in order to develop the Production Department: agri-business, machinery (manufacturers and dealers), livestock, crop science and also industrial equipment.
Rigorous and fully committed to his projects, his top priority is customer satisfaction. He speaks several foreign languages (French, English, German, Greek, Polish) and can help in international assignments.
