He took on the responsibility of managing the Paris office of a prestigious Anglo-Saxon recruitment firm before founding LeaderIA International Search in 2009. With nearly 20 years of experience in advising businesses, he is an expert in executive recruitment, leadership coaching, and the optimization of internal organizational structures.
His professional network is robust; he served as President of the alumni association of the Mars Group from 2007 to 2013. He actively participates in numerous professional networks that facilitate the identification of analogies.
He authored “Le Recrutement Ethique – Bonnes pratiques pour une démarche responsable” published by Editions DUNOD in 2014, with a foreword by Charles-Henri Besseyre des Horts.
