A graduate of EM Lyon and with an MBA from the University of Southern California (USC), Laurence Frenkiel first worked as an HR Consultant for around ten years with major management consultancies.
After creating the recruitment function at Capgemini, Laurence went on to become HR Director, notably at Ingenico, first in France and then within the Group.
Since 2010, she has specialised in leading interim management and fast-track recruitment assignments, mainly in industry, under various brands.
Since 2017, Laurence has also been a lecturer in Recruitment and Career Management in the Galileo group (ESG), and a reference in the field.
The values she promotes in her professional practice are expertise, humanism and fairness.
With over 20 years’ experience in recruitment, consulting and human resources, she joined Leaderia in the summer of 2020 to develop the Interim Management department.
