Laurence Frenkiel

After graduating from EM Lyon and the University of Southern California (MBA), Laurence Frenkiel first worked as an HR Consultant in major management consulting firms in France for ten years.
Having become the Director of Recruitment of Capgemini, Laurence then evolved as HR Director, especially at Ingenico, with a scope of France, then Group.
Since 2010, she has specialized in piloting executive interim management assignments and accelerated recruitments, mainly in the industry, under various banners.
In 2017, Laurence also started teaching Recruitment and Career Management topics within Galileo Global Education (the European leader in post-secondary education).
The values she advocates in her professional practice are expertise, humanism and fairness.
With more than 20 years of experience in Recruitment, Consulting and Human Resources, she joined Leaderia in summer 2020 to develop the Executive Interim Management department.
