Flore de Vregille has been a member of our team since 2017. She is bilingual and holds a Bachelor’s degree and a Master’s 2 in Translation, Interpreting and Intercultural Management (ISIT Paris). She is now SOSIE and PFPI certified and is authorised to use the Pearson Group’s intellectual aptitude tests.
Her working languages are French and English.
In January 2025, she became a Consultant and joined the Grand Ouest office, based in Nantes, to contribute in particular to its development in the agri-food and agricultural sectors.She is involved in the evaluation of candidates and assessment missions.
A cornerstone of our organisation, she previously held the position of Head of Search since 2020, with responsibility for the day-to-day operational management of our team of search managers and the development of our sourcing skills.
As Quality Manager, Flore oversees Leaderia International Search’s performance and the quality of our work as part of our ISO 9001 certification.
