Flore de Vregille
Consultant
Flore de Vregille has been a member of our team since 2017. Bilingual and holding a Bachelor’s degree and a Master’s degree in Translation, Interpretation, and Intercultural Management (ISIT Paris), she is currently certified in SOSIE, PFPI, and authorized to use the intellectual aptitude tests from the Pearson group. Her working languages are French and English.
In January 2025, she became a Consultant and joined the Grand Ouest branch, based in Nantes, to contribute to its development, particularly in the agri-food and agricultural sectors. She is involved in candidate assessment and assessment missions.
A true cornerstone of our organization, she previously held the position of Head of Research since 2020, where she was responsible for the daily operational management of our research team and for enhancing our sourcing capabilities (searching – finding).
As the quality manager, Flore ensures the performance of Leaderia International Search and the quality of our interventions in line with our ISO 9001 certification. Thoughtful and meticulous, Flore brings creativity and reliability to the completion of your assignments.
