For 6 years, he worked as a recruiter and then as a manager in sales, finance and marketing.
Committed to and passionate about the development of organisations and people at work, both in France and internationally, he joined Leaderia International Search to develop a portfolio of clients and contribute to the development of candidates and companies in the food industry and distribution sector.
As a consultant, Aurélien is responsible for the production of his assignments, evaluating candidates and supporting his clients in the successful completion of the searches entrusted to him.
He plays an active part in the smooth running of the firm by providing a detailed and relevant analysis of everyone’s expectations.
