She speaks French, English, German and Italian.
As a Consultant, she deals with assessing the candidates while interviewing the best profiles in face-to-face, and with coordinating the strategy of the recruitment projects that she leads along with the search team.
She takes part to the business development of Leaderia in France and abroad. She is responsible for the networking with clients/prospects and candidates through two brands (Entreprise & Réflexion and Leaderia Network & Business Club), in particular to reinforce the business intelligence approach for the recruitment assignments.
