Key Responsibilities of the Process Engineer
- Implement continuous improvement actions to optimize production: identify areas for improvement in processes and equipment, suggest solutions, assess their impact, apply corrective actions, and conduct performance tests.
- Design new processes (flowcharts, schematics, etc.).
- Conduct tests on existing and new processes to validate their efficiency.
- Analyze the technical feasibility of process modifications and carefully measure their consequences.
- Maintain regular regulatory and technological monitoring.
- Ensure effective communication on process developments with the production and R&D teams.
