Key Responsibilities of the Process Engineer

  • Implement continuous improvement actions to optimize production: identify areas for improvement in processes and equipment, suggest solutions, assess their impact, apply corrective actions, and conduct performance tests.
  • Design new processes (flowcharts, schematics, etc.).
  • Conduct tests on existing and new processes to validate their efficiency.
  • Analyze the technical feasibility of process modifications and carefully measure their consequences.
  • Maintain regular regulatory and technological monitoring.
  • Ensure effective communication on process developments with the production and R&D teams.

The Process Engineer is fully involved in the design of new products to scale them for industrial production.
