Marguerite Chevreul graduated from French Sciences Po Paris and with a Bachelor in English language.
Certified Coach and Team (Transformance Pro 2004) coach, graduated of the University Paris II with a Degree in Accompagnement, she is accredited MBTI and Process Communication. She is also trained to Strategic Approach, Transactionnal Analysis, Logotherapy and Appreciative Inquiry.
Since 2004, Marguerite supports top executives and managers on an indivual basis in their career strategy (orientation,transition, evolvment and professional development). She also carries out teambuilding sessions for managing teams, and designs and drives trainings for big companies.
Marguerite benefits from 20 years of expertise in Human Resources as training manager, recruiting manager and Human Resources Manager in international firms (Hermès Euler, KPMG-Peat Marwick, Ernst & Young, Cap Gemini). Senior Consultant in Outplacement at EOS Conseil from 2006 to 2011, she created TaldeV in 2012, to develop talents.
She is a teacher at Sciences Po and Dauphine and moderates job search workshops for Alumni (Sciences Po, arts et Métiers, Insead).
